Our story began long before the first Saliba Dairy’s label. Since the 1800s, our family has been rooted in farming—a life shaped by the land, the animals, and the daily care they deserve.

In 2019, we began a new chapter: turning milk into dairy products of our own. We wanted to bring together what we felt was too often missing from the same shelf: the authentic taste of baladi dairy, traditional preparation, and the care and presentation of a thoughtfully packaged product.

From the Lebanese mountains to your table, our purpose is to preserve the flavours we grew up with while making them part of everyday life. Natural character, familiar recipes, careful preparation, and fair value belong together.
